If the employer submits a project with only one freelancer and that project is disputed, then the project will not be shown again to any freelancers.
If the employer submits a project with more than one freelancer and the project has received fewer proposals than the maximum limit, it will still be visible to other freelancers. However, if the project proposals reach the maximum limit, then the project will not be shown in the listing.
If all proposals for the project go to disputed status, then the project will not be shown in the listing.
